IT Expert het Gooi is the first point of contact for every customer who needs help in the IT field. 


How does it work?

You can easily report your problem or request to us by telephone, e-mail or whatsapp. We will then immediately process it and get to work for you. We like to keep the lines short and because we know what is going on within your organization, we quickly find a solution. As soon as your problem has been solved or your request has been carried out, you will receive immediate feedback.


What does it cost?

It may be good to know that we do not work with contracts, subscriptions or strip cards. We carry out work at our competitive rate of EUR 75.00 excluding VAT per hour, with a minimum purchase of half an hour. Once a month you will receive a collective invoice from us on which the work is specified.

Onsite IT Support

Some problems or activities, you can tackle more efficiently when you are onsite. In addition, our customers experience it as pleasant to be able to ask an IT Expert face-to-face questions every now and then. 


On call:

It is possible to get IT Support on location on an on-demand basis. In other words, we will only come if you request us to come to the location, usually if there is a direct reason for this.


With fixed planning:

Many of our customers choose to schedule our presence on location with a fixed planning. This way your employees know when we are present, they regularly have a permanent IT person on the floor and we stay better informed of what is going on within your organization.

Ad-hoc IT Support

You do not have to be known to us to receive our support. We often see that a long-term relationship with our customers starts with an ad-hoc support need. When the work done is satisfactory, this often develops into a long-term relationship.


How does it work?

You contact us by phone, e-mail or whatsapp and report your problem or request. If we don't know each other yet, we will ask a few questions, after which we will have a good idea of ​​the way you work and your support needs. We will then get to work for you and keep you informed of the progress.
